- 2 Tbsp.Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. Coconut oil
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- Whisk egg and then slowly drizzle in the melted coconut oil in a coffee cup
- To the egg and oil add almond flour, flaxseed meal and salt. Mix well with a spoon.
- Sprinkle with baking powder and mix one more time.
- Microwave for one minute.
- Remove from microwave and dump muffin onto a plate
- Once cool, split in half and enjoy!
